Victorinox 7.8330 honing steel
Honing steel with a oval shape. Length of honing part - 27 cm. The plastic handle comes equipped with a ring for easy hanging.
Honing steels can restore a bent edge and gently smooth it. They do not remove any material from the blade. Ideally, use them for knives with a hardness below 60 HRC. They are practically useless for blunt knives. You can use a honing steel on a regular basis - ideally after every use of a kitchen knife.
