Victorinox 7.8330 honing steel
Honing steel with a round shape. Length of honing part - 27 cm. The plastic handle comes equipped with a ring for easy hanging.
Honing steels can restore a bent edge and gently smooth it. They do not remove any material from the blade. Ideally, use them for knives with a hardness below 60 HRC. They are practically useless for blunt knives. You can use a honing steel on a regular basis - ideally after every use of a kitchen knife. Round honing steels are very popular thanks to their optimal size of the sharpening surface and lightweight, making them easy to handle.
