Diamond sharpening steel Victorinox 7.8323
Oval shaped diamond sharpening steel with 26 cm long sharpening part made of diamond coated steel. The plastic handle comes equipped with a loop for easy hanging.
Diamond sharpening rods can gently sharpen your knives, or remove scratches, making the blade smooth and straight again. Diamond rods are excellent for knives with higher levels of hardness (60HRC or more). Be sure not to use the diamond rod every time you cook. Sharpening is recommended on average once or twice a month.
Oval honing rods have a larger sharpening surface, which allows even inexperienced chefs to smooth the edge of knives easily. You can also use this type of rod to sharpen serrated knives.
