The sharpening surface is made of high quality metal with plated synthetic diamond particles with 600 grit, which ensures smooth and precise sharpening of knives made of hard steel. The oval-shaped sharpeners have a larger sharpening surface, allowing even inexperienced cooks to smooth the knife edge. This type of sharpener can also be used for sharpening serrated knives. How to use the sharpener?

Hold the sharpener in a vertical position.
Sharpen the blade at an angle of approximately 20 degrees and gently run the blade over the surface of the sharpening surface. Avoid excessive pressure when sharpening.
