Product detailed description

The smallest honing steel from our Opinel selection with a 10 cm long sharpening part. The purpose of honing steels is to maintain the sharpness of your knives. The advantage is that they do not remove any material from the blade. Using them on knives with lower steel hardness is ideal, as they have almost no effect on knives with hardness 60 HRC and above.
