Small whittling knife Beaver Craft C1

Universal wood carving knife ideal for whittling, fine detail work and delicate shaping. This small whittling knife excels at both delicate curves and larger cuts.

The 6 cm long 65G carbon steel blade is hardened to 57-59 HRC, has very good edge retention and is easy to sharpen, but as any other carbon steel it is prone to corrosion (the knife must be cleaned and dried after use, it is also advised to rub the blade with oil from time to time).

Skillfuly made ash wood handle was polished and impregnated with natural linseed oil. Ergonomic handle design provides a comfortable and secure grip, even during long-lasting carving sessions.

BeaverCraft is a Ukrainian manufacturer of carving tools. Special carving knives, spoons and chisels of various shapes and sizes, suitable for various carving techniques. For the production of carving tools, BeaverCraft uses a special alloyed carbon steel containing manganese and with a hardness of 57-59 HRC. It is a spring steel, which is easy to grind and can easily achieve high sharpness. One of the greatest advantages of this steel is its durability - it can withstand intense twisting and bending without being deformed. All BeaverCraft tools undergo quality control at the end of production. The manufacturer carefully checks the form, sharpness, hardness, geometry and appearance of the tools.
