Sharpening stone medium coarse grit 400. Manufactured in accordance with Japanese standard JIS R6001, it offers high durability and sharpening efficiency. The stone is made of AI203 aluminium oxide, which makes sharpening very efficient and ensures a low stone wear. Including rubber anti-slip base for stable and safe sharpening.

Sharpi 400 sharpening stone use
The manufacturer recommends soaking the stone in water for 5-10 minutes before each use. Sharpen the knife with gentle strokes against the direction of the blade. A few strokes from each side are sufficient for sharpening. If you are sharpening multiple knives and the stone starts to dry out, just dampen it with water. The use of oil or dry sharpening is not recommended.
