Diamond sharpening stone - combined 600/1000
Combination sharpening stone of medium and fine grit 600/1000 grit. The double grit allows you to perform multiple sharpening tasks: the 600 grit sharpening stone sharpens dull knives and the 1000 grit sharpening stone is good for final sharpening. The sharpening stone can sharpen Japanese, European, Chinese, Damascus knives, as well as various working and carpentry tools. Just enough width of the stone will also give you enough space to sharpen long blades such as kitchen knives, axes, cleavers or scissors.
Sharpi sharpening stones offer high durability and sharpening efficiency. The stone is made of diamond, which makes sharpening very efficient and ensures a low stone wear. Also included is a plastic mounting base that is coated with single crystal diamonds. The unique sharpening surface with oval holes collects and retains metal particles produced during sharpening, keeping the surface of the sharpener clean.
