Sharpi's handheld diamond kitchen knife sharpener will sharpen all types of kitchen knives efficiently and quickly - from Chinese and Japanese to European and Damascus. The sharpener can sharpen all knives with hardness up to 65 HRC. Its compact size and simple design make it ideal for both home and professional use. The sharpener offers a coarse sharpening grade - diamond grit 360.
Simply drag the blade through the guide groove several times in either direction. The non-slip base ensures safe use of the sharpener and comfortable sharpening. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it fits easily into your kitchen drawer.
