Honing and sharpening steels
Honing and sharpening steels are used to maintain and fine-tune the knife edge. Honing steel, is usually made of steel and has round or oval shape. Honing steel is used to realign the bent edge. Ceramic or diamond sharpening steel is used to gently sharpen the knife.

Oval shaped honing steel with a 30.5 cm long honing part for smoothing the edges of knives.

Round shaped honing steel with a 25 cm long honing part for smoothing the edges of knives.

Round shaped honing steel with a 35.5 cm long honing part for smoothing the edges of knives.

Squared honing steel with a 25.5 cm long honing part for restoring knife edge.

Honing steel with an oval 23 cm long diamond sharpening part, plastic handle and a ring for hanging.
