Az Extrema Ratio ANT Rescue Red Stone Washed az egyik legkompaktabb zsebkés az Extrema Ratio kínálatában. Kis mérete ellenére ez a modell rendkívül masszív és megbízható kialakítással rendelkezik.
Az ANT sorozat többi tagjától eltérően a Rescue modell élénkpiros markolattal rendelkezik, amely rossz látási viszonyok között is jól észrevehető. Ez a változat speciális fogazással van ellátva, amely lehetővé teszi kötelek és még rendkívül erős aramid alapú anyagok vágását is. A modell vészhelyzeti csavarhúzóval is fel van szerelve. Ezen praktikus funkciók miatt választotta ezt a kést felszerelésébe az Olasz Hadsereg Hegyi Alakulata (Alpine Troop School of the Italian Army).
A markolat eloxált alumíniumból és acél vázzal készült, amely egyben a penge zárolását is biztosítja (frame lock).
