Traditional Lapland puukko with an 8 cm fixed blade. The blade from 80CrV2 carbon steel is sharp and robust, which makes it ideal for outdoor use and wood work. Thanks to its rounded blade the knife is suitable also for skinning. The massive curly birch wood and reindeer antler handle is suitable for larger hands, feels comfortable to hold and allows trouble-free easy work in various conditions. The knife comes with a leather sheath.

Wood Jewel Knives

Wood Jewel is a small manufacturer of traditional scandinavian knives from the Finnish part of Lapland, located in town Kolari, on the far north behind the polar circle. Every Wood Jewel knife is hand made and crafted in a traditional way. Traditionally nordic knives are made from local materials such as scandinavian steel, curly birch wood, reindeer antler and leather. Wood Jewel knives are primarily made of carbon steel, only a few models use stainless steel. Knives from Wood Jewel have classic scandinavian blade geometry, which is ideal for outdoor use.
