Product detailed description
Samura kitchen knives from the PRO-S series present a classic European design combined with Japanese steel AUS-8. Samura PRO-S knives are precisely made, well balanced and offer a good balance of quality, design and price.
The knife has a G10 handle, which is very durable, waterproof, and solid.
The blade from a single piece of Japanese stainless steel AUS-8 with a smooth edge is 22.4 cm long. Compared to conventional kitchen knives, AUS-8 steel is much more durable and retains its sharpness better. It is also relatively easy to sharpen well.
Use: this knife with its narrow and flexible blade is well suited for effective fish processing and filleting.
Maintenance: We recommend handwashing the knife with dish soap in a separate container of water, as it is not suitable for use in a dishwasher.

At the same time, they retain the excellent cutting properties typical for Japanese knives.
Samura knives are made of high quality Japanese stainless steel with hardness of 58-61 HRC. The manufacturer uses AUS-8, AUS-10, VG-10, or damascus steel. The handles are also made of first class materials such as G10, micarta, rosewood or ABS plastic.
