Benchmade Infidel is a popular OTF knife with a button on the front side of the handle. The 7.9 cm long blade is made out of tool steel D2 (hardness 60-62 HRC), has a black finish BK1® and a flat grind. BK1 is a matte black coating which provides an excellent corrosion protection (for saline water it even exceeds the ASTM-117 specification) and has a higher scratch resistance. The handle out of aluminum 6061-T6 is shaped for a safe grip which prevents the hand from slipping onto the blade. The knife contains a clip, is compatible with the MOLLE® system and comes with a Cordura sheath. The knife is made in the USA.
