KAI Shun White
Japanese KAI knives from the Shun White series were created by combining ancient samurai blacksmithing and technically advanced production processes. The exclusive blade of the knives is made of exceptionally high-quality Damascus steel and has a particularly high sharpness and hardness of 61 HRC. The knives from this series have the classic double-sided sharpening that we are used to in Europe. The elegance of the knives is underlined by the traditional wooden handle made of pakka wood. High-quality resin is added to the wood to ensure high resistance to moisture. KAI knives are among the narrowest of modern knife brands and are made entirely in Japan.
