KAI Seki Magoroku KK
Japanese KAI knives from the Seki Magoroku KK series are characterized by an extremely long and thin blade shape, which is great for preparing sushi or fish. The knife blade is made of AUS-8 stainless steel with a hardness of 58 HRC. Each blade is complemented by a subtle aesthetic addition at the bottom - a subtle wave with a satin finish. The knives have a single bevel blade, typical of traditional Japanese knives. The handle is made of composite pakka wood in a matte black color. The knives are completely made in Japan.
